Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Clients are responsible for implementing our recommendations and maintaining ongoing security vigilance.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

ZenithLaunch reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability clauses.

Force Majeure

ZenithLaunch shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
